A temporary employment agency is a company engaged in recruiting, selecting, employing and placing at the disposal of a user individual with specific skills and qualifications, on the basis of an appropriate contract between the temporary employment agency and the user. It is up to the user employer to decide for how long it needs the employee, while the maximum period of employment of a user employee is 18 months within the next 36 months.
The contract can be signed for a specific period of time or for the performance of a specific service, as employment through APT is seasonal/occasional in nature. The most important element of the cooperation between the agency and the user employer is the equal treatment of both temporary and permanent workers.
